World TB Day – 2023
Department of Pulmonary Medicine, Malabar Medical College Hospital & Research Centre has organised a TB Quiz program on 23rd March 2023 for the Interns. The Quiz was conducted by Dr. Ajit Bhaskar (Quiz master) and Dr. Aswani Prabha.
On world TB day a program was organised jointly by the Department of Pulmonary Medicine and The District TB Centre Calicut. Dr. Durga Balagopalan, Associate Professor & Nodal Officer gave a talk on "National TB Elimination Program Highlights" covering the various aspects of the NTEP for the faculty, PGs and Interns, which was chaired by Dr. P.T. James, HOD Pulmonary Medicine.
Later, Certificates and cash prizes were distributed to the winners of the TB Quiz by Mr. V. Anilkumar, Chairman, Malabar Medical College Hospital & Research Centre.
