Renovated Emergency Medicine Department
Malabar Medical College Hospital & Research Centre has been in the journey of a tremendous face lift by introducing a state of art Department of Emergency Medicine. The auspicious occasion was inaugurated by Dr. M.K. Muneer (Member of Legislative Assembly) with the gracious presence of Sampoojya Swami Chithanandapuri. Dr Venugopal P.P. (Director, Emergency Department, Aster MIMS) also known as the Father of ED in our region, was also present in this august event. Dr. P.V. Narayanan (Principal) gave Presidential address and Sri Anil Kumar V. (Chairman) delivered Chairman’s message. Followed by felicitation by Dr. Sudha Anil (Secretary, Director of Medical Operations), Dr. Ravindran M.K. (Medical Superintendent), Dr. Dinesh M.K. (Deputy Medical Superintendent) and Dr. Kanniyan Binub (Deputy Medical Director). The welcome address was given by Dr. Ajith Bhasker (Prof. & Head, Department of Emergency Medicine) and vote of thanks by Dr. Rajeesh R. (Assistant Professor, Department of Emergency Medicine).
