International Self Care Day - 2023
International Self Care Day - July 24th 2023
Women cell MMC along with Agnitra Students Union Council celebrated the international self-care day. The inaugural ceremony was conducted at 10.00 AM. The program started with a flash mob by students. Inauguration speech was by Dr. P.V. Narayanan- Principal. The theme of this year was emphasized by chairperson women cell Dr. Sudha-Medical Director of MMC, which was followed by address by Dr. Ravindran, Medical Superintendent. Vote of thanks was delivered by Dr. Anu Chandran, coordinator women cell.
This event was followed by a talk on MINDFULNESS by Clinical psychologist Mrs. Pragila. Afternoon session was started at 3 PM with a talk by Dr. Naziya on Good skin and hair care, followed by Hairdo sessions by Ms. Medha 3rd phase MBBS student, 2020 batch. The whole programme was received with lot of zeal and encouragement by mmc staff.
