Dr. Jithara Dev is a dedicated and skilled medical professional currently serving as Assistant Professor in the Department of General Surgery at our institution. She joined the institution on 16 October 2023 as a Senior Resident and, in recognition of her commitment and clinical expertise, was subsequently promoted to her present position.
She completed her MBBS from Amrita School of Medicine, Kochi, and pursued her DNB in General Surgery from Government General Hospital, Thiruvananthapuram. With a strong academic background and hands-on clinical experience, she has developed proficiency in various aspects of general surgery.
Dr. Jithara has a special interest in Urology and is keen on further advancing her knowledge and skills in this subspecialty. She is actively involved in patient care, surgical training, and academic activities, and is committed to delivering high-quality medical education and healthcare services.
