Dr. G. Sathish Kumar joined our institution on 01 July 2024 as Professor in the Department of Urology. He is a highly experienced urologist with extensive expertise in both advanced surgical techniques and comprehensive urological care. He obtained MBBS and MCh(Urology) from Govt. Medical College Thiruvananthapuram.
Prior to joining our institution, Dr. Sathish Kumar served at Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram, where he was actively involved in delivering advanced urological services and academic training. His experience in a leading government medical institution has equipped him with strong clinical judgment and surgical proficiency.
He has a special interest in General Urology, Laparoscopic Urology, Keyhole Surgery, Endo-urology, Reconstructive Urology and Renal Transplantation. His practice emphasizes minimally invasive techniques and evidence-based approaches to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
