Dr. Sily Sreedharan is a proactive and charismatic educator known for her student-friendly approach and dynamic teaching style. She joined Malabar Medical College & Research Centre in 2010 as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pathology and has since grown within the institution, being promoted to Associate Professor in 2015 and then to Professor in 2018.
She completed her MBBS from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in 2002, and pursued her MD in Pathology from Kerala University in 2008, followed by a DNB in Pathology in 2009. Her solid academic foundation is matched by her enthusiasm for innovation in medical education.
She has been instrumental in planning and conducting a wide range of faculty development programs, workshops, and training sessions aimed at enhancing teaching methodologies and improving the overall academic environment.
Her dedication to both academic excellence and student development makes her a key contributor to the institution's mission of providing high-quality medical education.
